Planning

Walton Bathrooms specialise in the complete design of bathrooms. We understand that it is very difficult for customers to firstly make sure what they would like will work and fit in the bathroom, it can also be difficult to visualise the finished bathroom project. Walton Bathrooms have invested heavily in state of art design computer programmes to help our customers have a complete realisation of all aspects of the final look of their bathroom.

Basic Ground Plan

This layout is an accurate ground plan. It is printed in black and white and is accurately scaled to 1:20 or 1:25 Usually this is used for customers who do not wish to pay for a site survey and have a reasonably good idea what they would like in the bathroom. Whilst this design is basic, it can be used by builders and plumbers to show correct positioning and sizes of products selected. Walton Bathrooms do not usually charge for this service, although the plans do remain our copy-write and designs and layouts should not be replicated without our consent.

Black & White Perspective Views

This is drawing is one elevation showing the WC & Shower wall from the ground plan above. We usually produce 6 - 7 different perspective views from several different positions in the bathroom. This allows the customer to see all products from every angle. The bird's eye view is a favourite as the customer can see all the products in the design as if seen looking from the ceiling. Walton Bathrooms make a charge for producing these types of plan views. The design fee is refundable if an order is placed relating to the design. Later in the year we will be producing these plans in full colour and they can be emailed to our customers anywhere in the world.

Full Colour Photo Realism

This is the ultimate state of the art photo realistic image of a bathroom designed but not yet installed. Many customers that see these images believe that is actually a photograph of a completed bathroom. It can take nearly 3-4 hours to produce these images but for the client that really does want to see what the bathroom is like when finished before it is started, this is the answer. Any tiles can be selected from our range and changed quickly to show all the possible different combinations. Installed in our design studio is a 32" wall mounted Plasma TV, where you can sit in comfort whilst your design is being carried out. This is the ultimate in viewing the birth of your new luxury bathroom for Walton Bathrooms.
