At Walton Bathrooms we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the Walton Bathrooms products and services that you have directly requested from us.

We will never pass on your details to third parties for marketing, marketing research or any other purposes unrelated to our sole task of ensuing the completion of the Walton Bathrooms service that you have contracted.

Walton Bathrooms Limited (‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) are a supplier of bathroom products to individuals or companies that have purchased directly through our sales staff or website. Our contractual services may include the delivery (to homes or businesses). This Policy explains how we use any personal information we may receive about you when you use our websites or when you use or are a recipient of our services.  Our services may be provided to you in conjunction with our network of delivery partners.  For the avoidance of doubt, our delivery partners are independently owned businesses that are licensed couriers and whose Privacy Policies match our own commitment to your data privacy.

Contracts between Walton Bathrooms and delivery partners are in place to ensure your rights to privacy.

How do we collect this information

Walton Bathrooms Limited collects personal information:
Directly from recipients. e.g. If you submit a customer service enquiry through our website or contact our customer service offices in person, via. email or telephone.
From our business partners during Account set-up procedures
When our services are provided together with a business partner – the information is collected by the business partner in order for us to provide you with the product or service.
From employees of our company to facilitate payroll functions & employment records
Directly from job applicants e.g. if you submit a job application to us directly via. email or through our recruitment partners.

Sharing and disclosing your personal information

We do not at any time share or disclose any of your personal information without your consent, other than for  the purposes specified in this notice or where there is a legal requirement.

Walton Bathrooms Limited uses selected third parties to provide our services and business functions; all processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with instructions from us and comply fully with this privacy notice, the data protection laws and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Our network of delivery partners – a full listing of our delivery partners can be supplied on request.
Selected third parties – a full listing of our business partners can be supplied on request.
Other third parties – this includes HMRC, Credit reference agencies, the police, law enforcement agencies, fraud prevention agencies for the purposes of crime detection, prevention and/or legal proceedings.

Security of data

Walton Bathrooms Limited takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have multiple layers of security in place.

Customer details are held on a password protected Microsoft Dynamics NAV system accessed through password protected PCs. Documents related to Services provided by Walton Bathrooms are securely held at Walton Bathrooms head office, Hersham, Surrey (Security & Alarm protected).

Access to personal data is restricted to those employees & partners that require it, in order to perform our requested and contracted service(s).

How long do we keep your data

Walton Bathrooms Limited retains personal information for only as long as is statutorily necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations.

We are required under UK tax law to keep details of your delivery for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. 

Lawful Basis


the individual has given clear consent for us to process their personal data for a specific and requested purpose.

the individual has given consent for us to send Web based material, this would be obtained during ‘Sign-Up’ to our Website, as OPT-IN – no passwords or log-ins are collected

Walton Bathrooms do not undertake any Profiling or Regular & Systematic Monitoring of personal data.


the processing is necessary for a contract we have with the individual, or because they have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract (e.g. provide a quote).

Network and information security – we may process your data for the purposes of detecting and preventing unauthorised access to our systems and IT Infrastructure for identifying acts of criminal activity.

You are not obliged to provide your personal information, however if your information is not passed on to us then we may not be able to affect delivery of your goods and or services that you have requested.
